Doing jobs on Human governed worlds is always difficult, especially if those worlds were loyal to the Imperial Council during the War. Some Human worlds still hold a grudge from that conflict, which has made the culture of those worlds more Xenophobic, which leads to certain trends against non-humans. Luckily these worlds are too far away from each other to reform the Council, and many of the Human Worlds between them are much more Xenophilic compared to them.
