What really changed was his pose, him being adapted to the newer, better art style, as well as getting some props that better reflect his new geeky nature.}

Here we have another one of my veteran characters who finally made a comeback! Thomas "Twilight" McDrake Jr., the tall, noodly, lanky black cat himself. Twilight is regular, kind, if a little impressionable, young man. He's currently working at the Chocolate Barrel in the Neapolitan Ski Resort, making milkshakes for fellow mountain climbers, though that's not exactly his dream job. Twilight may seem like your average nerd who happens to love comic books, but he wants to do something far greater than that. After following closely to the adventures of his idol, Felina Fahrenheit, Twilight has been inspired to achieve one goal in life: to be a hero. Twilight aspires for that moment of greatness where he can impress everyone in Dot City, by doing the heroic deeds that will shoot him all the way to superhero status. His dad does not approve about his Twilight's ridiculous dream. Thomas Sr. thinks that Twilight should throw those comic books away and consider finding a real job. At least Twilight's mom is more supportive of his dream than his dad is- even if she is kind of trying to push him to work at the TV station with her. Twilight isn't giving up on his dream, despite what his dad and boss might say- and they do say a lot.

As you might be able to guess, Twilight is a complete geek with a hint of elusion thanks to his vivid fantasies. This is a slight departure from his original character, who was just meant to be a regular dude, but I think it does make him a more interesting and fun character in the long run. The vest is new, but it definitely suits him- both as part of his regular outfit, and as a way to disarm anyone who runs into him and thinks he's just a normal guy only to get a guy who's obssessed about superheroes. Enjoy the return of the beanpole!
