I call these Beadlings. They can disassemble and assemble back again whenever they want to. Imagine you see a ball pit but in fact its a trap and like 50 beadlings form out of it. I guess they are like bead elementals/golems? Only some can be really tiny too. As beadlings grow older, they might need a string or wire to keep their beads together, otherwise they can turn into a moving bead puddle.
