"Underage to drink" is a relatively new concept.
(OTOH, "alcohol strong enough to set on fire" is *also* a relatively new concept.)
Throughout most of the history of the western world, small beer and weak wine were the only things you could safely drink for hydration. So everyone old enough to be weaned from their mother's milk drank alcohol.
In Europe, they're still fuzzy on the concept of "why would you ban minors from drinking?"
(OTOH, "alcohol strong enough to set on fire" is *also* a relatively new concept.)

It reminded me a strip comic where a sterotyped Russian caught a thrown Molotov cocktail, drank it, сomplained that it is disgusting, and asked for more.

What a cruel thing to challenge them to do. I mean, the outcome is hillarious, and I already linked the video to part two. Suprised Enorach didn't show up, push these two out of the way and be like "Hold up, I got this!" Then proceed to down them both, while alight, and belch smoke and leap out the window, in search of his next drink.
Thank you Catman, for defending the night, and keeping booze out of the reach of youngsters, and preventing serious burns, and other injuries and mishaps related to alcohol consumption.

Oh man, now I am imagining Shadi, with Enorach, Nasir, and Kari by the car, doing that annoying dance, and one of them turning right as... What ever that is explodes. Shadi screaming, one of them slings water on it, making it worse, then it falls on the floor. I can only it getting worse, with Bella poking her head in, saying "What's all the noi- WHAT IS GOING OOOOOOON!?"
And at this point, half the garage is in flames. xD
