I got this amazing piece from 
LimLam Of Zoran in a special underwater suit since he is too buoyant to go under the surface being a pooltoy and all. You will notice some particular features such as an indicator if his diaper is actually wet or not and a special air chamber on his chest where pressure can go instead of it going to his head and puffing it up and he also has a fin on his head to keep it straight when he swims and a com link to the surface.
