Reminds me of the new version of one of the angels in Rebuild of Evangelion 2.0.

All eyes everywhere for about half the time we see him.

Course, yours has.. appendages and a body and stuff. That one had none of these things.

Man, what have I missed? XD I've read only a few volumes of the manga and it's ... durr, whut is with all this fangasming about...

Now I'm curious though. :B

The Rebuild films might be the thing for you, then. The orignal series creator is directing them and explicitly said that they're meant to be more approachable for people new to the franchise.

Which basically means they cut out about 50% of the agonizing WAAAAANGST, but keep the character developement, and the fights with the angels get a humongous upgrade in terms of budget.

And.. which manga? There's, like five, and only one of them is at all faithful and not some asinine typical shonen school romance comedy thing. >_<

I might screencap the angel in question so I can show you, by tyhe way. He's eyes all over, and they move.

Whoa wut? XDD That many manga adaptations? Well, I've been reading the one by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (and it's also the one that's been translated in Finnish too :B)
