It's funny, I came up with a fictional CCA power structure for a game idea I never actually did much with. It was pretty close to this. But then, it helps that it's basically a military hierarchy laid over a police department. Still, always nice to actually see details (and know I'm not blindly ass-pulling these things).
Also, why do the authoritarians always get the snazziest uniforms? It's not fair.
