More Ephalon character goodness. For your enjoyment today here is Reina Thole-Set. An able woman who has a side role in the first Ephalon trilogy and returns in the second.
She's a dragon though has been in human form ever since her birth, so she doesn't know how to transform to her true form.
Her mother who was 'employed' as a maid, had an affair with a dragon lord. He was the leader at the time of the continent of Arack, or rather the other way around. This act was highly frowned upon, and the dragon lord was forced to make an example less he be deposed. However, Reina was a young child at the time, and they managed to smuggle her away. Sadly, once out at sea she was discovered and taken as a slave to serve under a cruel mistress somewhere on the continent of Orythorn.
Many years later Daniel, the renowned scholar from Caldrigo, found her and discovered her great intellect/drive for knowledge. He took her under his wing and brought her to his library, where she served as an assistant.
It wasn't until the end of the 4th Era that she was finally released and allowed to follow her own path in life.
Enjoy!
