An image I have wanted to do for a while, but was stuck in digital painting hell for about a year. So I decided to do it with pixel art as the base medium while mixing in smooth blending and it turned out pretty good in my opinion. That and it only took about 5 hours to make instead of 50+. The big glowing part is a barrier holding back the smoke.
