Good news, I got the paypal transfer money today from people who helped me and i installed new aircooler + brought back the original aircooler on my GTX980.
It was not easy though. Some dubmass at EKWB thought it was good idea to not solder the screw-in points for waterblock but rather use something that screws into waterblock.
I had one of the screws stuck to the screw point not even budging , tried for 2 hours with no avail until i called up someone i knew and we each held plier and wrench.
It was scary was shit as the stuck screw was near the VRM with tons of caps, resistors, and mosfets. But eventually we got the screw out without scratching or damaging anything.
Also it seems it's more of either ports on my GTX980 is somewhat borked or my 32" monitor's DP input is borked. It won't receive DP signal at all so i'm running DP to HDMI converter on all DPs and 1 native HDMI cable.
So yea, i need to run more tests to ensure the system is fully stable. I really hoped the DP Signal issue was more of cable issue but turns out it's not. Oh well.
- Update : I'm pretty sure that my main monitor's input is borked. I tried different ports, but while other monitors didn't gave a shit the main monitor either didn't work or freaks out sometimes.

I have a 980, and it's done some goofy stuff with some of the ports. The DVI and one of the DP ports are some how tied together, and can't be used simultaneously, especially with surround view, which is broken with the last several driver releases anyway. Too me a while to figure it out. I've also had DP to DVI adapters fail. Some times, stuff just doesn't work the way it should.
I made a new post about what happened but in my case , considering all the tests i've performed I am afraid to say my monitor's circuit is dead. And that's 500~600$ price range monitor so it hurts like hell. Luckily i have more monitors so i can use them for a time being but this just sucks. One disaster after another.
