I adopted this gal from @/milk_tea_adopts on IG almost a month ago at least and was finally able to draw her a few days ago!! I designed the outfit but the character herself came from @/milk_tea_adopts XD she loves 90s/early 2000s fashion, roller skating, candy (especially bubble gum), and handheld video games!! She gets all her clothes secondhand and is especially fond of Delia's. She also desperately needs a name and I'll post a real ref for her once she has one!!
