You ever see those giant banners in the mega-huge theaters that show just ONE character from a film at a time?

They usually have the Character is a pose, a quote or witty summary of their character and their name. I was thinking what it would be like if I did that with Acme Loo's Rival School Perfecto Prep from Tiny Toons.

What I wound up with was a slightly more redesigned version of the characters which in my opinion were VASTLY underused.

Here we have Rhubella Rat. Roddy's second in command and Girlfriend.
Unlike the others I had to throw in some purple into the outfit because it is recognised as 'her color'.
Like Roddy I designed to be sleek although she's meant to look more gymnastic.
I suppose I took some inspiration from the trend to put martial arts mavens in trench coats or cloaks before they fight.

To be honest those shoulder pads look really good on her.
