Ashe never really 'left' Florida. Or at least, Florida never really left her (I've talked to people who've lived in Florida, then left, and they all say that there's something about Florida that you can never leave behind). As such, she's always wanted to move back, but was too afraid. Now that she's with 2K, she bothered him to get a small place on the water just for them.
