I could get PS-CS2 again somehow and redo the file by dissecting it...but I dunno if that'd work. Hmm...once I get my programs back, we might even create something better! XD;

No, it wouldn't - even if you did it at 300 DPI you'd have to painstakingly paint over the image- copying what you have now into a new document would still have a shitty resolution. We'll have to start from scratch. The thing with starting from scratch is you can't use pics off the 'net for publishing and you have to buy stock-art or use stock art from the stock art galleries on DA, which does the free use thing. :}
