This was drawn in response to someone saying they wanted to have my chubby Karamatsu's baby... but he's since gone on to appear in many of my Osomatsu San drawings. I wrote a sorta shoddy backstory for him that goes something like this:

After witnessing Karamatsu striking out with girls yet again, Dekapan decided to concoct a serum using a single Karamatsu hair. The serum was intended to make Karamatsu more universally appealing but instead of a serum, this baby appeared from the mixture! Not knowing what else to do with this mystery science baby, Dekapan ordered Daiyon to leave it on the Matsuno doorstep where he was found by Karamatsu. There was some argument amongst the virgins about who's baby this was, but after hearing him say "buraza" and admire himself in Karamatsu's hand mirror, they all agreed that he must be Kara's baby somehow. Matsuyo has since been spoiling Kara for giving her a grandchild... even though he had nothing to do with it (he's still a virgin).
