This was actually made on 3 programs! Base colours in paint, shading, lighting, and borders in SAI, and resizing in photoshop! Dunno why I started in paint, I though this'd take ~10 minutes, 1 hour later I'm done! I think it's gonna make a nice change of an icon, to replace my old neon barf one.
