Zeke's once maniacal father, now a loner crime fighter, Jake Morrison

Since his younger age, Jake was known for his sense of justice and extreme courage, and many saw him to become a police officer one day. He pursued such career as soon as he graduated at prestigious Pokemon Combat Academy, and became one of the best officers in Celadon City. During one of the routine patrols, he received a call from the station that nearby store is being robbed, and he immediately responded, being the closest to it. As soon as he arrived, one of the robbers took one Zangoose female as a hostage and demanded from Jake to let them go. Instead, Jake managed to disarm him and knock him out before he even knew what was going on, but unfortunately the other one heavily wounded the female before Jake took care of him as well. Fearing the ambulance vehicle wont make it on time, Jake took her to his car and rushed her to the hospital, and stayed there until he heard about her condition, which was luckily getting better. Feeling guilty for her getting injured, he decided to pay her a visit every day, and even managed to get to know her name: Lucy Barret. After she recovered, they started going out together and eventually became friends, and later on a couple. A year later they got married and got their first child, Zeke. But as years passed by, Jake started feeling his colleagues and people around him dont respect him (which was far from truth), and he was seeking for a way to "change" that. That's when he was approached by a rather friendly-looking individual, who talked to him and soon realized what is his problem. He told Jake that his problem can be solved easily, but with a certain price. Jake agreed, after which the stranger smiled happily and left, vanishing before Jake even managed to ask him about the price.
A great mistake that was.....
With time, Jake became a different person; violent, agressive, looked down at everyone, even hit his own wife a couple of times. His strength increased, so very few actually dared to confront him. His wife stood up against him hoping that this way he wont beat their at that time the only child. Several years later, they got a daughter, but at that moment like he didnt care about it. One day he came home, more furious than ever, and first thing he did was rush to his son's room and as Zeke stood there, petrified by the look in his father's eyes. Jake slashed at him using his Shadow Claw and nearly killed him. At that moment, his wife jumped on him in fury and knocked him out, quickly picking up her children and running away. When he woke up, for some reason he was back to old himself, realizing what he had nearly done. At the moment he tried to commit suicide, thinking of all the people he harmed, another individual appeared on the doors, stopping him in his attempt by offering him a way to redeem himself. That very same day, he vanished without a trace, and 11 years later he returns, arriving at Viridian City looking for a fresh start by getting a job at the tech store. One evening, as he sees local thugs trying to rob a small Wartortle, bitterness in his heart grows as he notices a very few folks actually tried to help. He calls the police, and later the same evening, goes outside to take some fresh air, but notices another thugs trying to rape a woman. Without hesitation, he jumps at them and takes them out with ease. After that he decided to help out a bit in cleaning out the town, roaming among the city roofs and looking for perpetrators, disguised only with a black mask he made based on the one his son had when he was little. Not aware his son is attending the Academy in the same city, he accidentally runs into him and immediately recognizes him, looking shocked and awaiting for a response. Zeke didnt recognize him, but instead got a strange feeling, as he apologized and walked away with Yun. Jake used that as an advantage, but decided to occasionally sneak in the campus unnoticed (so far he was good at it), curious about his son's progress. On occasions, he will take a good hiding spot to watch his son's team sparring against other opponents, with a great feeling of pride overtaking him as he watches him in action, wanting to go there and admit to him who he is, but fearing his reaction.....for now, he is satisfied with the fact his family is happy with their new life, as he is happy with being a lone wolf and fighting crime. On occasions, he crosses paths with his old enemy, Seviper named Lucius Hannigan, and leaves the duels victorious, but Lucius always manages to make a break for it before Jake finishes him off.
