If it was a recoilless weapon, it would actually be semi-feasible for human use, assuming it was light enough to be lifted. Grenade launchers have lower kick than a gun of the same size trying to fire the same weight projectile, because they don't try to propel the shot to 1500+ feet per second. A right handed grip would have to be added that allowed some of the gun's weight to be transferred to the forearm instead of the hand, and ejection ports tweaked.

While there's no way to make this weapon tactically useful, it would be possible to make it technically usable by a human being, albeit a very large, strong one.

Hmm... too heavy for an infantrist, but I think it would make a decent mounted weapon, or armament for a attack chopper :3

All I have to say is this her chassis is stronger than a human's body can only dream and for her size she can easily carry ~6x what a comparable human can.
