Finally! I got the drawing done! ^<^
It took months of when I ha free time, however I have finally triumphed and did it, and I feel great!
I had been thinking, rethinking, discussing and finally came up with a final form for my Styacosaurus Aliens: They will be Semi-anthro/semi-feral! That means they are able to stand up bipedally, as well as walk on all fours and look pretty natural while doing it~
Styracsis are very muscular beings, however they also have a chubby appearance with their bellies; muscular arms, and legs, with a chubby or pudgy belly. Yes in this drawing, A'renax hasn't eaten anyone, he looks like this normally, along with most of the others of other Styracos. They all mostly have what appear to be "egg-plant" body shapes.
Styracsis and other herbivore-omnivores posses pawpads now too! I decided this for aesthetics:
-Its to help their paws feel a little comfier when walking which they do a lot of.
-To appear friendlier.
-Because I love pawpads, and wanted them in.
In addition, they now have long necks, which can be straightened, though most of the time they are "curved". Their long necks allow for better sight elevation, as well as looking around a lot better, and spinal orientation.
Next, ALL Saurians now have more facial muscles, meaning they can emote a lot better, such as smile, frown and more. In accordance with the mouth, they now have half beaks. So the upper part of their jaw has the actual beak, while the lower is SHAPED like a beak, but its not a beak at all.
As for walking on all fours, their forearms double as forelegs, which can "twist" to appear like legs, for comfortable traversing of ground, even running. They have plantigrade-like feet, so they may walk in both stances without getting tired too quickly.
Before you start gasping, that "bulge" down below is their pubis bone, which is a literal bone structure that is part of the leg structure of locomotion. Without it, Dinosaurs wouldn't walk properly. My Dinosaurischians are sexless/asexual beings, remember that.
I went for a more....friendly appearance with my reimagining, so they appear and can be happy, cuddly and wonderful to be around, long a you don't mind their appetites. Being in the shape I drew, their legs are on the sides of the torso, while the tail is a continuation of their torso, which also means they don't have a "butt" in the typical sense (they don't have anthro butts). Their fore arms are big around the wrists and area leading up to the wrists, since their traveling and activities result in muscular arm-legs, not to mention how their food gets processed. This results in their hand-paws/feet being big too.
A'renax here is now colored in an olive-drab sort of "jade-green" (thats what the colored pencil wasn amed) color, rather than a sickly olive drab color now. I couldn't find a pencil that made the original color, so change time felt appropriate. His pupils are reptilian slits, while the irises are lightish brown, and the scleras are a dark brown. Speaking of eyes, my aliens all can see forwards now! ^_^
A'renax is the alien dinosaur version of myself, as I have done my best to emulate aspects of myself, physique an such the best I could, while adding other things too.
With the genre of walking and running a lot, their legs and hips.thighs are big, due to muscles, pudge (of course) and also because they themselves lay eggs.
P.S. My printer's scanner no longer functions, I took this with "Pro Tiny Scanner" on my phone. I tried to be as still as possible, apologies ii t looks blurry folks ^^;
A'renax Styracsis, all USDR-Commonality characters, assets and concepts belong to ME, and myself alone. You are not allowed to trace, draw, or make/do anything to my creation(s) without my permission or consent, even if you are considered a trusted friend. "Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus" is my pen name.

I like the extra muscles / room you gave to the mouth so they can emote easier. It reminds me of older paleoart of ceratopsians where they had more reptilian faces than bird-like ones.
Also the fact that they can run on all fours is neat- I'd like to see a diagram of that in action if you ever draw more of these guys!
