Fein is a total computer guru lizard from a world that shuns the combination of biology and technology. It's worth mentioning that he has a few illegal cybernetic implants that help him make enough moolah on the mafia racket to scrape out a living, but it wouldn't be uncommon to find him living out of his backpack under a cardboard box in some alley. Despite having a rather energetic personality, his lifestyle makes him somewhat lacking in the reliable friends department.
