This is the BASE concept of Delvare Rojave! Easily one of the biggest assholes you'd ever meet.
Delvare is a Tropical Dragon - a wingless species that hails from islands in the far south.
The Rojave is a noble bloodline renowned for their beautiful jewelry line; simply called "Rojave", with most of its gold, rubies, garnets, emeralds, and sapphires being harvested from deserts off the coast of the island his family lives on.
Delvare has both an anthro and 'normal' dragon form, though I'm still finalizing his concept so I'll upload a thorough character sheet of BOTH types in the near future.
Known for having a bad attitude and an upstuck attitude that would make Paris Hilton cry, Delvare has an obsession with material and appearance. Narcissistic, rude, he'll chase just about every pretty tail he sees - male or female.
While most of his family's empire resonates from their jewelry trade, it is suspected that the Rojave's are heavily involved in criminal syndicate practices - from trafficking to drug enterprises. He is the only offspring of his deceased mother and still lively father and is the heir to the Rojave's gold and gem empire once his father passes.
In bipedal anthro form, Delvare is about 10 and a half feet tall; or just over 3 meters. In 'dragon' form, he is over 70 feet in length and 20 feet at the shoulder. He is absolutely massive.
Oh, and in his normal dragon form, he won't hesitate to eat you.
Yes. Eat you.
While this is obviously highly illegal, Delvare could careless - with a stomach that's able to digest anything down to metal, there'd be no evidence left behind.
It is wise to be on his good side, and definitely unwise to be on his bad side.
He is being investigated for the disappearances of several women ( and some men ) who've been witnessed leaving clubs in the main city with him, only to never be seen again. ;)

Let me stress this is a -base- concept and his design may change slightly in the future. This is also the first 'furry' ( I guess 'scaley' ) I've ever made. :') I already love him.

I really played with colors; I love red and gold, but felt adding some green, blue, and subtle purple in his frills would really help make him pop. Hope you like!
