This is my big boy Oreo, who came home for a few days because he got pretty beat up and needed eye medicine. Chickens, unfortunately, can't be housetrained, so it's necessary to make regular "Poop Patrols." Me and my family always joked that Oreo was the dumbest bird in my flock, but it seems he proved us wrong. One day I came into my room and found him sleeping in the litterbox. It was so odd and so amazing I snapped a picture. He didn't learn how to use it all the time, but he slept in it during the night. Oreo is now fine and back out at the coop where he can see perfectly and poop wherever he wants.
