Looks like he's packed away someone's food stores in that pendulus gut.
Deer stuffed to the brim? How could I say no. I find intestinal bulging to be a fascinating feature as well, though rendering it in a satsifying way is kind of tricky. This whole painting got a little out of hand, had to do some studying to put everything together.
