Farmdale and Sherman in the Los Angeles area. Looks a tad different now so I am guessing it's an old photo. Yes, that is the location, but the photo isn't old at all. I took it yesterday afternoon.

The Costco building is still there, but it's out of camera range. If my photo was wider, you would see it on the right.

I was gonna say the same thing! We live a few blocks away from here. I was thinking, yhis scenery looks mighty familiar! 😁 The Costco is new and across the street, it opened in August 2017.
