i ussually don't ask this but if you want i am willing to give you a critque and give some feedback for you. ive had some experience in having to critque. if your willing to listen and allow ide be glad to. otherwise for a bit summary i think you did a good job on this peice.

ok, so far you have improved. from what i see and in my opinion, on your hands seem a bit funky. one looks like the fingers fused, and the other looks in a bit odd and uncomfertable position. your upper chest seems a bit too small for your lower stomach. lastly your feet also have a bit of the same problem as your hands. maybe try to define them a little more? now for the postivie. love how you went from your normal hair color to blue. i like that effect. i love how you drew the ribbion on your tail. as for your fasion sence of your fursona, not my type, but over all i like the outfit idea. very good design overall. hopefully you found this good and constructive. let me know if you want me to critique on any of your other works, or if im being too sharp tounged.

Now i can work on that more XD Even though i think i will always have a hand and feet problem, but i can try my best to fix it ^^

Really, the fingers "fusing" thing is just something some artists do, so i don't find it much of a bother, however, the right Thumb looks more like a fifth finger rather than a thumb. The collar confuses me slightly... i can't tell if the tuft of fur is going over the collar or should actually go under it.
I think i know what kind of dress you wanted it to be portrayed as, some cute puffy dress, i assume, but the lack of Wrinkles on that Abdomen area made it look a bit more like "Chubby-ness" ^^;

The feet need a little constructive work (i still have trouble drawing feet myself) .
but overall, i like the drawing and coloring for it, all it needed was some constructive shading and perhaps a little highlighting at times.
And Anatomy is a tough thing to master anyway, it's fine you get a few mistakes every once in a while

and the reason she looks sorta chubby is because when i did the base sketch first, that was suppose to be her hip, but i guess i should change my technique because most people see her as not what i wanted her to look like ^^;
and i have a very hard time with feet, so i expect me to take a very long time to master them >.>
