To preface this, Durloris here exists in an alternate reality of the Pokemon world, where most pokes are more anthropomorphic than usual and possess human speech. Hopefully this puts any criticism from Pokemon purists to rest.
Durloris began life as a runt in a family of Timburr, living in the coniferous forests around Nacrene City. Constantly ostracized and mocked for her tiny stature, she dreamed of one day being able to match up to the fearsome competitors of the Unova Pokemon league.
After being adopted (read: captured) by a starry-eyed youth from Nuvema Town, she vowed she would never allow others to treat her as a weakling. She began to push herself above and beyond what her trainer asked, often wearing multiple weights and training bands at once, honing her strength to unnatural levels and causing her musculature to steadily climb past normal proportions for a -Durr of her age.
Now several years after their initial meeting, Durloris and her trainer are regulars of many different Pokemon tournaments, with people coming from miles around to behold the massive female Conkeldurr put her huge concrete pillars to deft use.
Despite her excessive physical capabilities, she often lets her lingering insecurities influence her fighting style, ignoring her trainer's orders and taking unnecessary risks during an average match. Any failures or mistakes can lead her into a depressive state where she loses her will to fight and may lash out in frustration. Luckily, her trainer is very patient with the oversized Conk, letting her blow off steam and relax in their personal quarters, spa, and training dojo.
