Well a small explanation why i was off FA for almost two weeks(OMG really to long)
Welcome, a 4 months old Caique parrot - Arthur (After Arthur Dent form The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy). My first ever bird but we going well already learned a few rules for living together and will learn even more tricks and other cool things.
Now he fells more better at our house so i finally have time to work on old commissions that i owe to people (i'm so sorry but soon everything will be done!)

yeap read a lot of info about birds care, training and e.t.c.)
Well our bird prefer to sit on chairs backs and on his perch? and my shoulder( working on it it is hard to took him of right now) , but it could be just a matter of time?
Oh? do you allow your bird to set near windows (closed of course) for a long time?
i don't know may be it is only my bird behavior, but he really curious about outside life but always get angry then he saw a pigeons flying around.

Probably when he grows up his nesting and foraging instincts will make him a bit more explroative in such a fashon! And ours, well we have his cage out of the direct way of windows but he has a good view outside often. Caiques can be territorial so it's a bit of a toss up between him being irritated at the pigeons (easy way to tell is if he puts up his Battle Floofs) or if he's actually just scared or startled by them. If you live somewhere where there aren't many predatory birds I can't see the harm in letting him hang out near a window, but I wouldn't leave him unsupervised near one.
I,ve also set up cage in some distance from window but there the light could reach it.
In our area he could only see a pigeons and sparrow right now and i've always sitting near him)
Well then he sees pigeons he just start talking a bit aggressive and sometimes don't let to put him away, okey will look after him more carefully and find out there the legs of such behavior grown )
And thank you for such huge and good answer!

Sun is good for parrots! Like people, they need some sun to produce certain vitamins, so having him where some sun can reach him is good! Though, leave his cage with some shade for if he wants to get out of it for a while! Yeah, he sounds like he might just be interested in the order birds, or might be getting a little defensive. Caiques are flock birds, so they have some interesting vocalizations and body language you'll pick up as you spend time with him. Pablo's very clear when he's upset about something, and it's usually a good idea to keep fingers clear if he is~ You're very welcome, by the way-
