Okay so-- Jolteon, huh? There was a point in time when I told myself I'd never go back to Eeveelution characters, as they can be seen as overused, too common, uninspired, ect. Not here to debate that, but this piece was more of a personal throwback, as I *finally* decided to request an image of the very first OC came up with for any roleplay or anything, ever, in all his simplicity. A simple Jolteon, contracted with and branded by Palkia as his helper, let's just say this lil fucker has gotten into all kinds of situations and troubles over the years! And yet he's still one of my favorites despite his flat character developments and personality. Keep rocking on, Willpower.
