New Millenium Krahnos

An updated portrait of Krahnos, the first full-body I've done of him in a long, long time. Given the changes in my style, I felt a new one was appropriate, if only to help condition my paw, as I've got a LOT of drawing to catch up on!

This is a WIP. I plan to color this asap. What I can't quite decide is; should this scene be in daylight, or nighttime?

-some nice golden/reddish coloring with a nice warm back light below and to the right of the frame from a setting sun!

*grins* Something to think about.. I do love the golden glow of dusk :) But methinks that would be difficult to show Krahnos' unique shades of gray.. even if it would make him look uber sexy!

If this were me I would be dumping the B&W version into Photoshop and turning the piece into a night time scene with the dragon and walls bathed in an orange/reddish fire light to give the impression that he's looking over a burning village or a fire of some kind.
