Kasumi, the Vaporeon deeply enjoys sharing his love of the water, but leading a few hypnotized cuties into the ocean never ends well.
Thankfully, he knows just the right kind of magic to fix this problem and enjoy the company of others.

 Rahka has been granted a shiny, latexy tail to use, whilst Ghu's shapeshifting ability has been utilized into a wonderfully mobile fish tail, both granted the ability to breathe due to Kasumi's magic~ There really isn't anything to worry about anymore.

For the record, I blame Rahka entirely for getting me interested in the idea of merkitties.
