If Thor is not too caught up in the battle and able to allow her to relent and even back off, I can see Colosa telling Thor that Loki made her do it. As Gimpy as that sounds, Thor would certainly think it was possible.
But then Colosa could be so enraged at what Loki made her do it would be barely any difference from when Loki used her to rampage. Thor would not see any difference and they would keep fighting.
Colosa having a far more experience and understanding of what she can do would be a much more dangerous opponent, but would only beat him down not try to kill him. After all, Colosa probably wanted nothing to do with the Asgardians.
By it all comes down to what xxsparcoxx does next.

The Amazon warriors and the Asgardians, made a protocol of peace, none would invade their kingdoms, since this would unleash a great war, even involve the gods themselves, now this is a bit delicate, Loki could unleash the greatest war ever seen. Since Colosa is on Asgardian soil and is violating the decree. (Well, because she's being controlled by Loki)
