That works, even at my house it's super cold rn and I'm even wearing gloves. XD
(here in the summer it's pretty warm but mixed weather and winter is cold and sometimes wet which makes it feel even colder. tbh I really wanna move out to another country but there's still a long time left before I can do that)

Texas rarely gets snow and when it does,

I suppose so. A Ushanka is a pretty nice hat for winter. It looks great on pretty much anyone, and has the functionality of the flaps; you can wear em flaps up for “comrade” sort of look, or have them down to cover the ears and cheeks. Fairly certain you find it at most places selling winter clothing. I got my own from a hat shop
