say hello to yet another addition to the ever growing collection of lovely ladies. this is Sirenada, adopted as a Fallen Angel Shark from
She will be part of Dragon Fang, and her race will henceforth be known as Nocturne seafolk, her specifically being a shark, though there may be others that represent different creatures.
they will be an incredibly rare, elusive, and reclusive species, most refusing contact with the surface world due to being hunted as slaves, and driven to near extinction. Sirenada will be not much different, preferring to be alone, though she is still curious about the surface world, and likes how her song carries on the surface rather than underwater.
all Nocturne seafolk will have several things in common. despite being seafaring, they're amphibious. they will all have dark wings that, rather than hinder them in water, help them with propulsion similar to a penguin's flippers. and, all of them can sing. Their songs are haunting, enchanting, alluring, enthralling, and more often than not are as much to blame for sailors going mad and steering boats into cliffs or reefs, to get closer to the song, as actual sirens are.
Thus, Sirenada's name, inspired by "siren" and the spanish word for mermaid, "sirena". her voice would be even more enthralling than most Nocturne seafolk, a reason for why she tries to be by herself, and, when she has to have conversation, speak in a whispered voice, as even her normal tone can enchant those around her into a lovestruck stupor.
