So... since i wantet to start RP with my Worgen again i rewrote what happened to him.

He met another Worgen who was a witch, named Sablemae.
She told my Worgen, that she can help him getting better in purify the nature from the Legion and nightmare corruption, since she was so excited to try that spell on him he agreed.
He doesn't regret letting her perform her spell, the new "claw" is very usefull.
