I know how that is. I'm in the state next door to the east. But I'm taking sailing lessons, and I got to use a handfull on the Chesepeake Bay for their intended purpose last summer. The sewage system wasn't up to code though, there was an outhouse hanging off the side. :P But light keepers aren't needed anymore, so I'm sure it's not in use.
