A Pinata commission for demon1forestrp of this SWEET vaporeon alteration. Maybe its a vaporeon version of a different character of theirs? I don't know all the details. What I do know is that I love how it turned out! Definitely worth the effort it took to draw!
Whats funny is that it wasn't significantly more difficult from "simpler" designs since I could use all the color breaks on their own and didn't have to fill in the gaps with a ton of mache. All around a pleasant time.
