It's something from my concepts for my stories:
There are four canine breeds that were uplifted: German sheperds, golden retriever, huskies and dalmatians. And the dalmatians, being the most playful ones on average, take care of some of the more exotic.... activities ... such as schooling selected doggygirls to become a mix of psychologist, medical professional and, well.. Ahhh... Domina.
Basically ensuring that going to the doctor or counsellor is an amiable experience.
Just to make sure that the few humans that are around will be eager themselves to remain healthy.... or be checked so intensively that they will be healthy by the amount of care lavished upon them.
