I drew this because I've been asking myself lately if it might be a good idea to devote my drawing energies into making "Steamfox" into a "Daily" comic strip for the newspapers or maybe an on line comic. (Heavin knows I've got enough material and working scripts.) This was also inspired by my helping my friend Jim trim the cottonwood tree in his back yard. I think if Mr. Foxt tried working "Al Fresco" in that tree though, He'd either get mobbed by the carpenter ants, or the table and Mr. Foxy would all come crashing down to the ground.
