As a bonus for all the art I commissioned from her at once, Luthien threw this in as an unexpected surprise. A picture of Harumi in all of her mermaid glory. So far, at least, we hadn't had a picture of her in her natural state, and now we have. ;)
Featured in my planned sub project Rising Tide, Harumi will be the first mermaid Diana encounters and will officially add both mermaids and transformation into the canon of the shared Iridescence/Journeys universe. :)

Ooh, she's gorgeous! She looks really cute when walking around on two legs, but in her normal state, she's simply stunning! I love the design for her tail, and how elegant it looks. The same goes for her top with all of the jewels dripping off of it. If she's not royalty, she could certainly pass for it, and this is an amazing picture of her!
Oh yeah, her tail was what attracted me to the character in the first place. I swear, when I saw her I knew right away I was interested. I asked a while later if the artist was interested in adopting her out, especially once I got an idea for what to do with her. ;)
I never had any plans to integrate a mermaid into my stories, but she changed my mind. ;)
