I’m working on a popup shop project called 2HRJOB with my colleagues. Among other things, I designed patches and stickers featuring my werewolf character Pavlov. I created vector files of these designs and used a graphtec vinyl cutter and rolls of adhesive vinyl and heat-transfer vinyl to produce them. After (many, many hours) of weeding, I transferred the stickers to adhesive tape and heat-pressed the patch designs to the fabric in small batches. It’s a labor-intensive process to make this much product in so many colors and designs, and a lot can go wrong, but the results are immensely satisfying.

As a senior in the art program, the department gave me and my colleagues free rein on our designs for this project… Which means I have the extraordinary privilege of including my favorite furry character in my work for 2HRJOB.

After the 2HRJOB closes, I plan to continue making furry merchandise like this of my characters to sell or trade online, in addition to my usual commission lineup.
