One outta three of Tosa's subordinates and best-friends. Meloni the youngest and most innocent-minded of all the girls,
was an orphan on the streets of her home alongside Rayne & Piper. She was a fragile little malnourished girl
who could do very little. Rayne would carry her in her lap most of the time as Piper pushed them around in a broken cart.

Tosa discovered Meloni along with the others and helped her get strong and healthy as she grew.
She is now the biggest and strongest of them all, wielding heavy weapons and explosives
when they need to demolish anything big. She'll make anything go BOOM while smiling innocently.
