Disaster has the ability to alter his body however he wants and can make himself invunerable as such.

If you've taken a wild guess from looks and description this is Vile's brother. He has the same symbol as Vile does. Vile's symbols on his forehead while Disaster's is on his chest.

The major difference between these two brothers is how they percieve their powers. Vile despises his powers and tries to use as little of it as possible. Disaster loves his powers and tries to use it as much as possible and get away with as much as he can.

Due to that Disaster is dangerous and uncontrolable making him the Protection Organization's most dangerous villian.
