Did you tell the maker about any issues you had?
There really were no issues with the suit. The only thing I noticed was inside one of the paws the pocket for the stuffing (puffy pads) wasn't closed but 5 minutes and 3 stitches later I fixed it. It really was a non issue for me anyway haha

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
oh wow.. first of all I want to say this head is roomy yet doesn't slip around my face.. its quite comfortable and vision is excellent. The mouth lines up exactly with mine and allows for breathing and easy access to water/beverages with a straw (or a water bottle). The fur is extremely soft and the shaving is very even. The ears have a lovely waggle to them and are really expressive! The hair poof/mane like fur is extremely long flowing and soft to the touch. It really makes the character stand out. The head does have removable eyelids that attach via velcro to the existing "lashes" which gives the ability to have unique expressions. I did find at first that the eyelids wouldn't stick very well but learned quickly that a quick jostle of the eyelids to the existing lashes causes the velcro to stick MUCH better and more securely! (For future however I would recommend using 'rare earth magnets' they seem to hold a bit better!)

love the appearance! I think the suit is incredibly bouncy playful and unique its what drew me to her in the first place!! the markings seem pretty uniform on the face even with the minimal markings.

Again, all fur is shaved down evenly, there's no exposed backing or glue to be found on the outside of the suit! On the inside the seams are very well done, neat and clean/finished, overall very well done suit.

Special Attachments and Features
Please describe how satisfied you are with any extra features your head has.
The removable eyelids are quite unique and fun, but as I stated above I wish there were held on with magnets (rare earth magnets) instead of velcro so I might just make a few adjustments myself for that just for peace of mind.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Hands are SUPER plush and soft! the pads are stuffed for an extra cute effect too! they're incredibly comfortable and don't slip off my hands at all. As I mentioned above on one of the paws (on the inside) a seam wast finished where the stuffing was inserted in for the puffy effect. It was a non issue for me as I just inverted the paw and did a quick stitch to close off the piece.

Adorable! the paws are poofy squishy and cute! I believe its minky fur used so its extra soft and plush!!

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Tail is super cute and waggable! It attaches via a single belt loop and has a lovely sway/swing to it. Its loosely stuffed so its very lovely! My single gripe about the tail is the strap to attach it to the belt is like.. acrylic braid binding (commonly used for collars) and it wasn't "sealed" prior to being cut and attached to the tail so it did begin to unravel a little bit.

Nothing a hot knife to melt it together couldn't fix but just food for thought!

How well does everything fit together and match up?
everything is uniform and matches the reference sheet Mars provided to me. She even provided the furs used so for a future date if I wish to make myself a body suit I can make sure it matches!


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Super easy! Mars had a table at Denfur! I just approached and made the deal there!


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
They always responded within 48 hours to me via telegram!


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
very! Mars was very polite and easy to approach. They even allowed me to pay off the suit in a matte of two days at the con (Deposit, remainder) due to my paycheck not clearing until Saturday morning!


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
N/A since it was premade.


Are you happy with the product you received?
Very happy with this product. Its lovely and I truly enjoy the piece. I hope to make her a fullsuit soon too!


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Mars was lovely to work with, and their skill level was worth the price paid. I feel very confident in this maker and their suit provided to me. My experience was wonderful and I hope to see more work from Mars. Mars even provided a reference sheet and a character badge upon purchase (badge to be mailed out after the con).
