a revisit to an item from last year that gained me much friendship and recognition for my ideas.
I don't necessarily even have a problem with furry green orko, aesthetic-wise, compared to the stripe-shirt-kid extravablandza of a few years ago but I sure have seen it many more times than i need or want to, all of a sudden, without much or any reason. As these things generally go.

I haven't even played it yet and I'm unsure if I want to knowing that Undertale was only good if you managed to get on that wave and enjoy it before other people did and ruined it. If it becomes a full product maybe...? I never played Undertale's demo either.
Toby Fox agrees. Toby Fox also likes Falcom's Brandish. I thought only I digged Brandish. Good fellow.

My brother yesterday was complaining about the most recent Zelda game because apparently the character's weapons break a lot. I wanted to say "it is much worse in Brandish" but I doubt he ever played that, and I was not going to demand that he be aware of Brandish. I have put Brandish's music on to my mobile device so i could listen to it while driving but i don't need to ever play it again. I gave it all the time i could, trying to get past how dull it looked like it was, and then thought: i gave this thing too much time. And that was in 2005, from the look of things. Now in 2018 I have even less time, and two decades of old video games I never got to. And so I don't NEED to give a fair chance to something new that appeals to me even less than Brandish did, merely on account of it being popular on the internet. I don't need to know the name of the person or people who made these things or what swell individuals they are. They are not relevant to my experience. I don't give three beans about Overwatch either but I don't see that every single day in my content feeds, and i still would say i see too much about that.
It is like with the pony nonsense a few years ago on here, but worse. Every time this happens it is worse than the time before.

Haha, yes, it's more like Toby likes clunky Falcom game I got around the clunk in but know many people dislike, but then Toby makes edgy Earthbound romhack in his youth about said clunky Falcom game's protagonist and adds both f-words a lot as passable dialog. I also had no care for Homestuck for reasons like you explain, which he was a part of. His heart is in interesting places but he also has that fanbase. He seems like he would rather be left alone. I felt similarly over the Cave Story guy, but he seems humbler and more likable. Not enough people even cared over Kero Blaster which was charming and deserved more love.
Cave Story I did have a chance to appreciate without a hype storm behind it, back before tumblr and whatnot made that impossible, and i STILL don't know anything about the "Cave Story guy." I appreciate that. I have enough trouble getting along with the people who are directly relevant in my life.
...I don't think I've seen... questionable fan-art of said character yet, but I do realize that like any fanbase, fandom (in this case, Undertale), can be subject to extreme tastes (or kinks for that matter).
Slightly off-topic, I've completed Deltarune and am looking forward to Chapter 2.

That is not off the topic; I only made this comic strip to express how sick i was of encountering unsolicited information or pictures of the named topics and related things. Receiving numerous such comments directly now rather than encountering them inadvertently proves that not only did I fail in expressing what I set out to, I made the problem worse! Which means I should try something completely different next time! Knowing this is helpful.
