For those that actually enjoyed yourself... Happy Thanksgiving.
I had this epic Thanksgiving piece all planned out. I was not suppose to go out today. We weren't suppose to go Black Friday shopping. I was going to spend the holiday getting as much of this piece finished at a relaxing pace today. Maybe finish today. Maybe finish it early Friday.
Yet I got forced into Black Friday shopping on this lovely holiday instead of being allowed to finished this piece of art. 6 hours later ... to much of it shopping waiting in lines instead of arting this lovely piece for you has left me to tired and angry to finish this piece today.
Not that I have time after getting home at 5:30pm to finish the lines and color it even if i tried.
I love you guys but i'm not forcing myself when i know there's not enough time left in the day to finish this how i want.
Check back after Saturday to see what the finish mecha turkey.
Will scrap once I actually finish the Thanksgiving piece. Thanks Black Friday for ruining my plans.

Well, I think the attempt at early sales is intended to reduce the amount of Black Friday casualties. There are many tragic stories of people being trampled to death or getting into knife and gun fights over these sales. Any time you put people into competition with each other and shove them into a confined space, your begging for someone to get hurt. Starting sales on one of the last family holidays like Thanksgiving is not very tasteful but Corporate America has been trying to do away with Thanksgiving a long time anyway and replace it with "Black Friday" If they really cared or were smart, they would extend sales across an entire week - After Thanksgiving, maybe a different set of merchandise each day to reduce demand crunch and public risks. Unfortunately for them, long-term sales don't attract the impulse buyers that feel they need to buy it now or never! Rather than save up and get something better quality.
