This is the template I use to make turn around sheets!

The QR code can be scanned with a phone to make sure people can find me in the future in case they need me to fix something about their details down the road, or if a friend wants to know where they got it!

In the above panel I like to scratch down any important colours I might need if I am to redraw the character, or any other special details that arn't obvious when looking at the main panel.

Next panel I place any stats about the character such as if they are in a special situation or their physical details that arn't inherently obvious such as height or weight.

The top right panel is special and is just for the characters name.

The main panel is where I will draw a character in turn around format.
