Ever since Lagoon was young, family life was tough for him as his father shared little acknowledgement to him and his mother left to very little reason. He found his life to be so miserable that he decided to run away and find his dreams. After speaking out, he ran across a gangster that was wounded from a fight. Lagoon then decided to help out the gangster and keep him safe and hidden. After the gangster fully healed, he offered Lagoon to join a gang ran by the underwater crime master, Ocean Killer. Without thinking, Lagoon decided to join and became a member of possibly the most fearsome gang in the underwater sea.

As Lagoon grew up, he obtained a few abilties, like being able to send a shockwave underwater, and he can also chomp through metal. He also uses his head fin to ram into others, leaving a very devastating blow. His weakness is his mind, so sometimes he's not the brightest thinker, so that can leave him into tough situations..
