So old fan art from about 16 yrs ago, worked on from time to time...just did a few more tweeks the other day and i'm calling it finished for now.

Rouge got a little more zaftig than her official proportions in this pic - cuz it's silly fan art - so maybe someday i'll rework it to make her more sort of official proportions. Maybe.
