The females hunt for the flawk and care for the young when the males are off claiming more territory. They are wonderful mothers they will carry there babys on there back if they need to leave the den. When flying they tend to stay in the clouds there fur is perfect for camoflage in these conditions. Because they tend to fly higher up they developed smaller bodys to combat turbulints in high altitudes. They dont often fight but when they do they dont use there horns they use there claws. If there cub is in danger they will fight until they either die or they save there cub.

royal females are slightly larger then normal females and there wingspand is also slightly bigger. They do not hunt with the other females and often is found at the peek of the mountin with the other royals. If another flock of balifon try taking there teritorry the royals will always be there to fight back. Royals can only give birth to other royals if a femail royal is to have a child with another species they will not be concidered a royal and will be called a "jester hybrid"

Males are often called lazy but this is not true they do more things for the pack then females, they fight for land food and leadership with other flocks, they watch the children when the women are away hunting and they teach them how to hunt and fight. As cubs they have white fur like there mothers but after three months they shed this fur and begin to grow darker fur. The older the male is the longer there manes get. The longer the middle horn is on the male is the more likely it is for him to find a mate.

Royal males are the largest of all the balifon species they are elso stronger then normal males as well. Royal males have dules agaisnt others for mates and domonance. Once they find a mate they stay with them for the rest of there life if there mate is to die they will not move on and will live there life alone. As depressing as it may sound there is an acception to this if they have yet to mate they can move on only to pass on there genes.
