Water gives some really nice effect when you opose it long enough to the lens

This is my favorite shot of yours so far (I'm partial to landscape photography XD). The colors, contrast, and depth are all great in the lower 2/3. That upper 1/3 is bothering me though =X It lacks the sharpness, and supple coloration that the bottom part has. The eye is most naturally drawn to the brightest area of a photograph. In this case, that is your upper 1/3, which is not the subject matter. Photography, is one of the few art forms where less is more. Being able to see what can and should be omitted is oftentimes more important than what can be included. In this case, I really think this shot would benefit from cropping the top 1/3. Leave just enough for that fallen tree to completely fit. It'll force the viewers eyes onto what really matters, those amazing colors and deep supple blacks.

I agree I hate the top half of this, and always wanted to crop it.
I might some time, but I would have to crop it in a way that allows it to kind of keep its dimensions, I hate having to crop photos in a very obvious way and making them not fit in frames or under normal photo dimensions, this was a quicky shot I might go back there this fall and do some more with my new L sires lenses ^O^
